"SEX AND SELF ESTEEM" It explores the power or lack of power that our sexuality has in our lives. It is a one day workshop that explores and expands our consciousness regarding our own sexuality. Leaving us with more knowledge and power regarding our own self esteem and sexuality. All too often we distort our beings physically and emotionally to find our sexuality so as not to acknowledge our dark thoughts. This workshop gives us more clarity into who we really are and how to be appropriate with that new knowledge, and removes the stress and strain of our negative thought patterns regarding sexuality.
